Mrs Carla Turner
Chairperson
Hi Everyone
I am Carla Turner the current Friend’s of Bolney Chairperson.
My husband Mike and I are very lucky to have 3 children at Bolney school currently in reception, year 2 and year 4.
I have been part of Friends of Bolney for a couple of years now and enjoyed every minute, the meetings and fundraisers although hard work at times are great fun and very rewarding.
We have daytime and evening meetings, which are a great excuse to all get together in the pub with friends.
Everyone is welcome, please come along and share your ideas. My first major fundraiser was the Bolney Ball. I had a vision and as a team we pulled it off and it was an amazing night raising over £5,000 for our children. Thank you to everyone for your support. Look forward to seeing you at our next event. Lots of love to you all.

Mrs Clem Sutters
Treasurer
I've been Treasurer of the Friends of Bolney for five years, since my daughter was in Willow Class, and I have made some wonderful friends helping out. As Treasurer, I give updates about our financial position to our committee at meetings, and we decide whether to approve funding requests from the school. I prepare our full year accounts and present them at our AGM. To keep our status as a registered charity, I submit our returns to the Charity Commission, stay on top of all of our filing and admin, and make sure we are insured for our events. I enjoy helping to run events, and I provide floats and pay money in at the bank. I am always keeping an eye on available grants, and would love to hear from anyone with any fundraising ideas!

Mrs Lisa Maule
Secretary
Hi Everyone
I’m Lisa mummy to Charlie who is in year one .
I work part time so I am at pretty much at all the drop offs and pick ups if you ever want to ask anything, or volunteer. I love being part of the friends of bolney and helping my sons school with my time, getting together sharing ideas and working with the school achieve things the school needs and also wants, that their budget just would never be able to fulfil. A great example of the friends of Bolney’s work is the amazing playground we completed last year which was a mammoth cost of over £14,000. Soon some mums who have worked so hard for friends of Bolney will be leaving as their children will no longer attend our school, they have left some big shoes to fill with all their amazing hard work over the years and contributions. So if you have any spare time , anything at all we would very much welcome any help.
