KS1 Nativity Play

17th December 2018
Family, friends, KS2 pupils and staff so enjoyed watching the nativity play performed three times by the children in Beech and Willow class on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th December. The play was called 'A Midwife Crisis' and revolved around a midwife and a donkey trying to find 'Bethlehem Palace' to assist in the birth of a king. They came across census takers, innkeepers, wise men and their camels, shepherds and sheep, and angels before they found the stable with Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. All the children said their lines and sang beautifully and looked fantastic in their costumes. They remembered so many words and actions and really enjoyed performing. It was wonderful.
